Last night (the 31st Jan) Brian and I ventured out to the Observatory, braving the gales. With one hand on the slot of the dome and one on the Meade, things became rather difficult.
The gales kept the cloud god at bay giving us a chance to attempt a few shots at mars with my webcam. Here is the best of them, taken before bowing out, using safety as an excuse rather than the cold.
